Ed co-founded
the firm and serves as President and CEO. He is a member of the
Investment Committee and a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager. Ed
began his career in 1969 with Philadelphia Life Insurance
Company as Manager of Investments and in 1980 became Vice
President of Finance. Ed helped to form Tenneco Financial
Services in 1981, the predecessor organization to Capstone, and
served as Executive Vice President. Ed has earned the
professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU),
Charter Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Fellow Life Management
Institute (FLMI). |

Dan is a co-founder of Capstone
and the firm’s Chief Investment Officer. He is also the Senior
Equity Portfolio Manager and serves on the Investment
Committee. Dan began his career in 1971 with Texas Commerce
Bank. In 1977 he joined Tenneco, Inc. and subsequently served
as Assistant to the Chairman of the Board. Dan helped to form
Tenneco Financial Services in 1981, the predecessor organization
to Capstone and served as its President. |

Howard is a Fixed Income Portfolio
Manager in addition to being a member of the Investment
Committee. Howard began his investment career trading financial
futures as a local floor trader. During the early 1980’s, he
published weekly newsletters on financial futures and debt
options at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. In 1984, Howard
joined Oppenheimer & Co. to spearhead the Risk Management Group.
In 1991, he founded New Castle Advisers, Inc. to manage fixed
income portfolios and mutual funds. In 1996, New Castle was
acquired by Capstone at which time Howard joined Capstone. |

John serves as
Senior Vice President and Equity Portfolio Manager in addition
to being a member of the Investment Committee. He began his
career in 1983 with The Dreyfus Corporation and in 1987 joined
Oppenheimer Capital, as an accounting manager supervising both
equity and fixed income mutual funds. In 1992, John joined New
Castle Advisers which managed fixed income portfolios and mutual
funds. In 1996, New Castle was acquired by Capstone at which
time John joined Capstone as a portfolio manager. |

Don serves as Senior Vice
President in addition to being a member of the Investment
Committee. He is involved in Credit Research, Social values
screening, and Institutional Sales. Don joined Capstone
Asset Management Company in 1996 as Senior Vice President.
Prior to joining Capstone, he provided investment services
to corporate and nonprofit institutional clients at Piper
Jaffray. Previously, he served as a public finance
investment banker with Smith Barney, providing capital
financing for health care clients. Before entering the
financial services industry, he served as Treasurer of
Sutter Health, a large multi-facility health care system
based in California. In addition to various securities
licenses, Don is also a Certified Public Accountant. |

THOMAS G. SEVERSON

Thom works with Capstone’s
Investment Team recommending option strategies and assists in
option portfolio optimization. Thom began his investment career
in 1987 as an option clearing specialist, and has taught several
classes on option theory. Since 1993, Thom has traded commodity
futures and options for several major oil and private trading
companies. In these capacities, he has built an expertise in
options as a proprietary trader and portfolio risk manager. |

Paul serves as Vice President of
Investments and is a member the investment team. He is senior
equity trader, options trader and municipal bond trader. His
responsibilities also include portfolio management, portfolio
analytics and fixed income trading. He began his career with
Capstone in 1993. Paul is an NASD registered representative. |

Gina serves as an Assistant Vice President of Investments
and is a member of the investment team. She is also a member
of the portfolio operations, accounting and analysis team,
and is Senior fixed income trader. Gina’s responsibilities
also include portfolio analytics, equity and option trading.
She began her investment career with Capstone in 2000.
Before joining Capstone, Gina worked in budget
administration and operations in the aerospace industry. |

LYNNETTE M. BROSS

Lynnette is an Assistant Vice President in Portfolio
Administration. In her role, she oversees the operations,
accounting and analysis team, and is the institutional
client service contact for performance and portfolio
statistics. She joined Capstone in 1988 as an Account
Administrator in the Transfer Agency Department. Her
experience includes equity trading and corporate accounting.
