Shelley serves on Capstone’s
marketing and client service teams as national coordinator and
key accounts manager for Capstone’s broker/consultant
relationships. She is also responsible for the due diligence
process, questionnaires, client service and marketing programs
as well as a liaison between marketing and the investment team.
Shelley enjoys anything outdoors
including skiing, gardening, biking and photography. Most
of all she loves to spend her spare time riding her retired
Thoroughbred. Shelley has traveled extensively and lived
in London, England for 3 years. She now resides in the Houston
area with her husband and their daughter. |

Arik serves on Capstone’s marketing and client service teams
with broker/consultant responsibility for the Southwest region.
He began his investment career as a financial consultant with
Merrill Lynch in 1996. In 1998 he joined Stonegate Securities,
where he worked as an institutional broker in the small and
microcap equity markets.
Arik is an avid outdoorsman; a hunting and fishing enthusiast.
He is a native Texan, can often be found wearing jeans and boots
and is always quick to give you one of his latest jokes. Arik
appreciates the relationships he builds with advisors who use
Capstone and believes that the relationship is the key element
of all business. Arik offices out of Dallas, Texas. |

Scott provides financial advisors
with solutions for their business including portfolio management
offerings, portfolio customization services, and emerging best
practice information. He has worked with financial advisors from
leading national investment firms like Smith Barney, Wachovia,
and A.G. Edwards. Prior to joining Capstone in 2001, he was an
A.G. Edwards financial consultant.
Scott has a home in St. Louis with his wife and two daughters.
He and his family root for the St. Louis Cardinals. Scott is
registered with the National Association of Securities Dealers.

Jason serves on Capstone’s marketing
and client service teams with broker/consultant responsibility
for the firm’s East Region. He began his career in 1998 with
State Street Research in shareholder services. In 1999, he
joined Boston Capital Securities as Sales Desk Manager and
Regional Vice President, offering non-listed REITs and Direct
Investments. He now helps financial consultants build their
fee-based business through customized investment solutions.
Jason grew up in Ohio, and has been living in New England since
1998. He is an avid Cleveland sports fan, and enjoys playing
soccer and golf. Seinfeld re-runs are a favorite pastime. Jason
lives in Connecticut with his wife and 2 children. |

ROBERT A. KARISCH

Rob serves on Capstone’s marketing,
client service and institutional product teams. His
responsibilities include supporting the central region
broker/consultant channel partnering with Scott Frakes.
Additionally, Rob works with national/regional consultants for
institutional products and provides national support for
structured products. His duties include new business and
relationship development, marketing, and client servicing.
Rob began his career in 1990 with Capstone as a Regional
Marketing Representative for retail managed accounts. He became
a Senior Account Executive with retail managed accounts before
joining the institutional product team in 1998.
Rob is native to Houston and is a fifth generation proud Texan.
He enjoys golf and fresh water bass fishing on the many Texas
fishing lakes and rivers. He is active with the Houston chapter
of the Texas State University Alumni Association and an avid fan
of Bobcat athletics. In his spare time, Rob enjoys outdoor
activities including grilling and barbequing. Rob resides in
Houston with his adopted Shetland Sheepdog. |

Tori serves on Capstone’s marketing and
client service teams with broker/consultant responsibility for
the West region. She works closely with advisors to help build
their book of business with prospects and existing clientele.
Her goal is to be a resource for information on best practices,
market trends and custom solutions for clients. She began her
investment career in 2002 at Smith Barney.
Tori grew up in the Midwest
and lived in Chicago before moving to Houston, Texas. In her
free time, she enjoys running and competing in marathons. She
completed the Boston marathon in 2008. When Tori is not
traveling, she enjoys spending time visiting the local parks
with her dog, Bear. Tori joined Capstone in 2007 on the internal
sales desk helping advisors build their managed account business
in the east region. |

Kevin serves Capstone’s marketing and client service teams with
broker/consultant responsibility for the East Region. His duties
include marketing and relationship development, daily client
service and account maintenance, and new account establishment.
Kevin works in partnership with Jason Gantt to provide support
to our broker/consultant channels. Kevin began his career in
financial services with Van Kampen Funds in their customer
service department.
Kevin is a native Houstonian and recently moved back to the area
after spending four years in Rhode Island with Fidelity. Kevin
is an avid reader and he enjoys spending time outdoors and
playing volleyball. Football season is his favorite time of
year, and he is a lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan. |

Scott grew up in Lawrence, KS and lived in the Los Angeles area
before recently moving to Houston, TX. Scott is a self admitted
“sports junky” with special interest in the Kansas Jayhawks and
Chicago Cubs. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife,
family, friends and his English Bulldog, Vinny.
